A Mixed Bag

Sometimes we are placed in a situation where we want to scream and shout. We want to lash out or just smash something. That is our inner demon trying to exert control over us. We can do so much better by closing our eyes and taking a few deep breaths. While you do it, think of being in an open field with no clouds and your feet are shoeless on the relaxing grass. You’ll be surprised at how relaxed it can make you feel. Here are some bits to let you know things aren’t always bad. As Ivon said to me … Some days we just have to let go of things we think are real just like petals on a flower.
